The coaching

What a training week looks like.

Sled tolerance

Weekly heavy sled push/pull blocks with forearm-braced technique — the #1 lever for cutting minutes off your HYROX time.

Compromised running

Row → 400m → wall balls → 400m — repeated until pacing under fatigue becomes second nature.

Zone-2 aerobic base

Long, easy runs and rows once a week build the engine that makes the last three kilometres possible.

Station efficiency

Coach-corrected reps on wall balls, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, and farmers carries — form under fatigue.

Race simulations

50%, 75%, and full-distance HYROX simulations built into every 12-week cycle, so race day feels familiar.

Foundations block

New to HYROX? Start with a 4-week Foundations block. Learn the eight stations, pacing, and race-day logistics.

"I signed up for HYROX Vancouver terrified. Twelve weeks of coached sessions at Fit 4 Life and I crossed the line in 1:38 — faster than I thought possible. The sled tolerance work was the game-changer."

"Best programming in the Tri-Cities. The compromised running blocks translate directly to race day. Cut nine minutes off my PB in one training cycle."
