Assessment & Plan
Intake questionnaire, 3-day food log review, basic body-comp or performance baseline. You leave with a written plan and starting targets.
Coaching Blocks
4, 8, or 12-week blocks. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, in-app messaging, recipe and grocery templates when useful.
Review & Adjust
Every 4 weeks we look at the data — energy, training, sleep, measurements — and adjust protein, carbs, timing, and habits.
