The format
What is HYROX?
A standardised fitness race built around eight 1km runs alternating with eight functional workout stations — identical at every event worldwide. No surprises, just the same arena, the same equipment, and a chair waiting for you at the finish line.

Coached, not crowd-sourced.
We run a structured HYROX training cycle: zone-2 running, sled tolerance blocks, compromised running, and station efficiency work. You don't have to figure it out — show up and follow the plan.
