Full race-distance simulation — solo, double or relay. 8:00 AM start, $45 for non-members. In Port Coquitlam.
Test yourself over the full race distance in a supported, coached environment. Enter solo, split it with a partner as a double, or take it on as a relay team. Judged stations, timing, and coach feedback afterwards so you know exactly what to sharpen before race day. Starts 8:00 AM.
