Our flagship group fitness class and the most popular gym workout at our Port Coquitlam studio — a coached, structured strength and conditioning session in a small-group setting. Every class is built around a movement focus, a strength piece, and a conditioning finisher. Coaches scale every movement to the human in front of them, so first-timers from Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam and Port Moody train in the same room as ten-year veterans.
