Youth Programs

Two youth fitness tracks under one Port Coquitlam roof. Performance Path develops young athletes (8–12 and 13–17) through movement quality, progressive strength, speed and power — the perfect complement to team training across the Tri-Cities. Kids Club Foundations is a fun, game-based kids fitness class for 8–12s who just want to move, play and get stronger. Run in partnership with PoCo FC.
